• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.​

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Membership Cancellations: To cancel your membership, please submit a cancellation request at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date using our Membership Cancellation Form. Cancellations will take effect 30 days from the submission date. If you are unable to attend sessions during this 30-day period, we will provide a credit that can be used at any time by the participating child or a sibling.​

• Session Cancellations: To reschedule a session without penalty, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.​

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:​

• Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect towards coaches and fellow players.​

• Adhere to facility rules and guidelines.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment.​

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tennis activities. TJ Tennis is not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions.​
